Six Wristwatch Ideas for Geeks

Classy wristwatches are great – they complement formal dresses and casual looks alike. Also, they are boring; all modern men fashion watches look exactly the same. It looks as if one manufacturer assembled every single fashion watch in the market currently with slight variations. What about the people who have a personality and wish to display it through the wristwatches they wear?
Here are a few ideas for wristwatches for geeks!

1.       Optical Illusions and touch displays would make for a killer combination. How amazing would be a wristwatch that tells the time through an illusion and then geeks would have to break the illusory code to tell the time. The touch feature can be used as a cheat.

2.       A curved watch that uses e-ink; the watch should allow the screen to curve too. This would allow comfort and scientific highs. I would be even better if people are able to change the color of the display and background according to their preferences.

3.       A watch that comes in parts and has to be fixed according to a specified guide equals to every geeks dream come true. A kit that needs to be assembled before it is used and can be put together in a number of different ways is sure to please the users and intrigue them at the same time.

4.       Another amazing idea would be to create colorful and trendy slap-on bracelet watches. Of course, these watches will not have a lot of high end technology but they are a great thing to show off to fellow geeks.

5.       Another great option would be a watch that has separate rings for minutes and for hours and one has to count boxes to figure out how many hours have passed in the day or the minutes passed in the hour. Of course, one will not be able to tell the minutes accurately but who wears wristwatches to tell the time anyway?

6.       Coming to the ultimate high-tech geek dream; men fashion watches that have touch screen features and allow internet connectivity. Fortunately, smart phone companies have gotten there already.

Of course, all the aforementioned ideas are just for fun and will not make for great timepieces, literally.
